The Set-Up Ministry creates an inviting and well-prepared environment for worship services. This includes arranging chairs, maintaining a clean and organized auditorium, and handling various tasks to ensure attendees can fully engage with the teaching of the Word without distractions.

The Tear-Down Ministry helps maintain a welcoming and organized environment for the church, ensuring that other ministries can operate seamlessly. This is achieved primarily through tasks such as rearranging chairs and tables in the auditorium and performing general cleaning in the lobby.

The Greeting Ministry warmly welcomes everyone into our church, reflecting the hospitality of God. We also assist guests in finding their way to the appropriate areas, ensuring they feel comfortable and ready to receive the Word of God.

The Gatekeepers Ministry ensures the church operates safely and smoothly, allowing the Word of God to be shared without disruptions. As the first line of defense and the final point of welcome, we greet newcomers, assist late arrivals, and guide them to the right place, ensuring they feel supported and valued.

The Usher Ministry plays a vital role in ensuring a smooth and enjoyable Sunday service experience. Responsibilities include warmly welcoming congregants, distributing bulletins and pens, assisting with seating, and facilitating the offering collection.

The Worship Ministry is a front-facing skill-based ministry with a high level of expected commitment. We get to lead the congregation weekly in the worship of God with excellence, with an eye toward bringing them to a higher view of Him every week.

The Tech Ministry seeks to aid each element of the worship service to be clearly understood and participated with. The team does this through amplification, slides, recording, etc. so that everyone in attendance can get the most out of the service.

The Compass Connect Ministry is dedicated to welcoming and connecting new members to our church community. We provide the information and support needed to help them feel at home, from guiding them to the right classrooms for their children to helping them engage with ministries that match their interests. It’s a privilege to encourage and assist newcomers in making CBCT their new home.

The Hospitality Ministry strives to reflect the hospitality of Christ by warmly welcoming guests and members of Compass Tustin through the service of food and drinks. Recognizing that guests may sometimes feel isolated, our team uses this opportunity to introduce ourselves and help connect them to the church community.

The Medical Ministry is a group of medical professionals who serve our church body by providing basic medical care and treatment during emergency situations until advanced life support arrives on scene at the church building or at other church events. This ministry makes sure the members of our church body feel safe, supported and well cared for.

The Navigating Motherhood Ministry seeks to bring in non-Christian, non-churched women into our church and meet their needs practically with a free program that includes breakfast, childcare, and practical teaching on motherhood; and meets their needs spiritually through the intentional sharing of the gospel.
